Susan has served over 20 years in the insurance industry performing various roles, such as, service, marketing, sales, and account management in the commercial lines sector. She started her career on the carrier side working for Church Mutual Insurance Company, before working on the wholesale side as in underwriter for PMC Insurance group. Susan’s current role with Paris-Kirwan is working and managing large Commercial Accounts. Susan holds a Property and Casualty license as well as a Life, Accident and Health license. Susan pride’s herself in getting to know her clients to foster and deliver exceptional service.
When not working Susan enjoys time with her husband Joe living on the shore of Lake Ontario, swimming, paddle boarding, boating and gardening as well as spending time with her 3 children and 6 grandchildren whenever possible.
