Insurance Premium Reduction
10% reduction on each year, for 3 years, in base rate of motorist's current automobile liability, no-fault and collision premiums
Discount is mandated by New York to- To receive discount, student must present completion certificate to insurer
Course does not prevent general premium increases or increases due to violations or accidents
Person completing course must be principal operator of insured vehicle to get reduction

Point Reduction
Reduces as many as 4 points from record
Does not remove, delete, subtract or erase violations, convictions or points
Cannot reduce points lower than zero
Points can be reduced once within 18 months
Reduced points remain on record but are not counted by NYS DMV against license
Does not prevent or cancel a mandatory revocation or suspension for violations such as
DWI, DWAI or three speeding violations within 18

Validation and Quizzes
Student is required to correctly answer personal validation questions within 45 seconds; If the student misses three validation questions, the student will be excluded from the course.
Student is required to validate his or her voice biometric within 60 seconds; if the student fails two Voice Print biometric validations, the student will be excluded from the course.
Student is required to answer 5 questions at the end of each module, score a minimum of 75% and complete the quiz within 5 minutes; The student has three chances to correctly pass the quiz.
